• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose

Images uploaded to your profile are publicly viewable by other users of the platform. Please be mindful of the content you upload. Location information displayed on your profile is approximate and based on your selected settings.

The following will result in account suspension or permanent ban:

• Uploading nudity or sexually explicit content
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users
• Promoting illicit websites or services
• Solicitation of NSFW content or services
• Scamming, phishing, or asking other users for money
• Creating fake or misleading profiles
• Using automated tools or bots

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Account deletion is processed within 24–48 hours.

Permie Match is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, interactions with other users, or reliance on any information provided through the platform.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
