Delete Your Account

To request that your Permie Match account and its associated data be deleted, send an email to support@nak-tek.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Please include the following so we can locate your account:

• The email address registered to your Permie Match account
• Your username or display name

The request must be sent from the email address on the account. If you no longer have access to that address, email us anyway and we will verify your identity another way before deleting anything.

We will confirm receipt of your request and, once your identity is verified, delete your account. Requests are normally processed within 48 hours and always within 30 days.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to your matches, conversations, and any remaining paid subscription time.

• Your profile, bio, and profile photos
• Your account credentials and email address
• Your matches, likes, and messages
• Your land listings and saved listings
• Your community and forum activity

We retain a limited amount of data after deletion where the law requires it or where it is necessary to protect other users:

• Billing and transaction records — retained as required by tax and accounting law.
• Safety and abuse records — if your account was reported or banned, we keep a minimal record to prevent the banned user from re-registering.

Retained records are kept only for as long as required, and are not used to contact you or to build a profile of you.

If you have an active Elite subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store, deleting your Permie Match account does not cancel that subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings first, otherwise you may continue to be billed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
