Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made on Permie Match are final. By subscribing or making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable, except as described in the Exceptions section below.

Current pricing:

• Basic — Free
• Elite Monthly — $34.99/month
• Elite Annual — $14.99/month ($179.88/year)

All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (30 days for monthly, 365 days for annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate at renewal.

You can cancel your subscription by:

• Emailing support@nak-tek.io
• Messaging "Nick - Admin" through in-app messaging

Please allow up to 48 hours for cancellation processing.

When you cancel, you retain access to Elite features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Basic tier. No partial refunds or proration will be provided.

If a payment fails, we may attempt to re-charge within a reasonable period. Continued payment failure may result in account suspension until the balance is resolved.

If we terminate your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time.

Filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank without first contacting us may result in account suspension. Please reach out to our support team to resolve billing issues before initiating a dispute.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges
• Unauthorized transactions (with evidence of fraud)
